My Child at School (MCAS)
We’re excited to introduce My Child at School (MCAS), a new platform for parents and carers. MCAS will become our main system for managing key tasks such as payments, bookings, wraparound care, and school communication. Over the coming weeks, we will be phasing out Tucasi/ScoPay as we bring everything together in one easy-to-use place!
What will MCAS be used for?
MCAS will become the one-stop-shop for all payments, bookings and communication at Normandy Village School. By the end of the Summer Term 2025, most services will have migrated from Tucasi/SCOPAY to MCAS. Initally, parents will only be able to access the attendance and data collection modules.
From 21st July 2025 all services will have migrated and all bookings will be made via MCAS.
Technical Support
If you have any issues with your MCAS account, please complete the online form. This will be monitored by Mr Franks (Headteacher) and Mrs Cooper (Office Manager) who are overseeing the rollout of MCAS at the school. We kindly ask that technical issues are reported via our technical support form rather than by contacting the office directly. This will enable our office team to focus on the day-to-day operations of the school.
Logging in to MCAS
MCAS accounts are created by the school based on the email contact details we hold for those with 'parental responsibility'. Once an account is active, parents will receive a 'reset password' link which must be used within 24 hours. If you are expecting an account but have not received details, please use the technical support form above.
